Reminders to Parents:

• 8th graders received their high school course selection sheets today. The are to get homeroom teacher signatures for the courses they were recommended for, then enter their classes into PowerSchool. Should you or your student have any concerns about the courses they were recommended for, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with the appropriate steps. 
• Quarter 2 grades close on January 24th. All missing assignments for classes are due by January 20th for grading.

Homework for Tonight:

English:
- Complete the historical fiction narrative project - due tomorrow on Google Classroom

Science:
-Study the Earth's Water System Model for Test (next week)

Reading: 
- Dessert Projects were assigned today. We start presenting on Monday, 1/23. 
-Friday, 1/20 is the last school day for in-class work.
-Next IMC Visit: Friday, Jan 27

Math:

Math 3468:   all make-up work due 1/20
Math 7:  3.4 Vocabulary p182-184
Social Studies:
Read chapter 9.1 handout and take 2 column notes due Friday
