Jazz Improv Workshop with George Robinson meets tomorrow! You do not have to be in jazz band to participate, but you do need to know how to play an instrument. We meet in the Band Room from 2:30-3:15. Staff are welcome to join in, too!

2nd Quarter General Music for students in Clusters B, D, and F starts today. Mrs. Hahs will come to your clusters before class to pick you up.

Showchoir will meet tomorrow, Friday, at 7:40 in the chorus room. This is AFTER you leave the cafeteria and BEFORE you go to homeroom.

Students participating in the New Hampshire Robotics Competition: The Competition phase is now open and will run through Nov. 7th! You should see 30 new challenges on your dashboard! The Boot camp missions are still open, but the Leader board has been reset. The PC lab will be open after school on Friday for students who want to work on the new missions together and score some serious points for KMS!

The NJHS Can drive for the community kitchen is underway and will run through November 18. Please bring in things like stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Canned Vegetables, Dry or Canned Soups, and Canned meats. The cluster that brings in the most cans wins bragging rights AND the golden can award. Please help support the NJHS can drive.

Starting today, a wrapper recycling box will be located in the cafeteria. Instead of trashing your chip bags and candy wrappers, please put them in this box. This is part of the "trick or trash" program, which allows us to recycle plastics that we would be unable to otherwise. Items not allowed include food, cardboard, paper, water bottles, or other items that can be recycled elsewhere. Items that work are chip bags, candy wrappers, granola bar wrappers, snack bags and other small plastics. Let's work together! Small actions have big impacts!

Winter sports registration is now active for those who intend to try out for basketball or wrestling. Register online at keenecardinals.com by November 3rd. If you are not registered by Nov. 3 you will not be able to try out. Basketball tryouts begin November 6th and 7th. Wrestling tryouts begin November 20th.

8th grade volleyball is after school today 2:30 - 3:00.
