Monday, October 28 Day 5

Today for lunch is Crispy Home-style Chicken and Mashed potatoes

Strings Club begins today! Please go to the bus room until Ms. Young picks you up for rehearsal.

Make-up Band sectionals are during periods 1, 2, and 8 today and tomorrow. Remember to check in with your teacher before coming down. Beginning Band students meet today from 2:30-3:00. Please note the earlier end time.

Jazz Band rehearsal and Halloween party tonight from 6:30-8:00. Be sure to arrive by 6:20 so we can start right at 6:30! Bring costumes and a treat to share!

Mr. Folsom has extended the deadline for the Red Ribbon Week posters. Students now have until Tuesday to turn them into the guidance office.

The Peace and Justice Club will hold a special meeting on Tuesday from 2:30 to 3:30. Everyone is welcome. Our next Thursday meeting won't be until November 14th.

8th Grade cluster volleyball will begin TODAY after school from 2:30 -3:00. If you are interested please show up after school in the gym.

Attention all fall athletes: Uniforms must be turned in to Mr. Fazio by TODAY!! Please make sure you drop them off in PE or to the main office.

Winter sports registration is now active for those who intend to try out for basketball or wrestling. You can register online at keenecardinals.com, just click on the athletic registration tab. The registration deadline is November 3rd. If you are not registered you will not be able to try out. Basketball Tryouts begin November 6th and 7th. Wrestling tryouts begin November 12th.

Dungeons and Dragons will meet in the IMC today at 2:45. Students should wait in the bus room to be picked up by Mr. Garceau and Mr. Coffey.

The NJHS Can drive for the community kitchen begins today and will run through November 18. Please bring in things like stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Canned Vegetables, Dry or Canned Soups, and Canned meats. The cluster who brings in the most cans wins bragging rights AND the golden can award. Please help support the NJHS can drive.
