Monday, October 14 Day 2

Today for lunch is Crispy Chicken Tenders and mashed potatoes

Percussion have sectionals today. Remember to check in with your teacher before coming down.

Brass have sectionals tomorrow.

Beginning Band students meet today from 2:30-3:20.

Jazz Band rehearses tonight from 6:30-8:00. Be sure to arrive by 6:20 so we can start right at 6:30!

Reminder to 8th graders - all gift sale orders and money are due to Mr. Paone in room 2404 tomorrow. If you have any questions or need more order forms, lease see Mr. Paone.

The Davis Public Library in Stoddard is starting a club just for middle-schoolers and Teens! It's called Teen Meetup and the next meeting is this Friday, October 18th, at 6PM. The group will meet up and hang out at the library and get to give the librarians awesome ideas for programs. If you want to join, come this Friday at 6!

The New Hampshire Cyber Robotics Coding Competition starts tomorrow. This is an exciting opportunity for EVERYONE to learn about coding and robotics! No experience is necessary!! There will be an informational meeting after school tomorrow in the PC lab, 2:30 - 3:15. Ms. Rafferty will help you sign up and get started. If you can’t make the meeting but want to participate, see Ms. Rafferty in the IMC.

Newspaper Club will meet tomorrow in the IMC at 2:45.

Showchoir: Rhearsal is Tues. until 4:00. Please bring your music!

Dungeons and Dragons will meet in the IMC today at 2:45. Students should wait in the bus room to be picked up by Mr. Garceau and Mr. Coffey.

If you are a student who is naturally curious about or interested in other lands and cultures, the World Language club is for you! The first meeting will be Wednesday, October 23rd!

It was another great day for running Saturday morning in Surry. There was a cannon and a leprechaun and a moose on the loose as well as hot dogs, donuts and beautiful leaves. Both the girls and the boys teams swept the tournament against 2 other school teams and a number of other participants. Come see these speedy students Wednesday after school at their last home tournament!
