Attention KMS! Please join us next Wednesday, May 15th, for Walk and Bike to School Day. Plan to be dropped off at the YMCA in the morning and then ride or walk to KMS with your friends at 7:10. There will be prizes and giveaways! Also, if you would like to be a part of the design-a-sign t-shirt logo contest please stop by the main office for a form! YOUR design could be the winner and will be printed on all of the Walk and Bike EVENT T-SHIRTS!

Attention Keene Middle School: The National Junior Honor Society wants you to know: The Penny Wars are back! What are the Penny Wars? A competition that has grade levels battling for the highest score, and it's all in the name of raising money for a good cause! Grade 6 vs Grade 7 vs Grade 8 vs the Staff! How does it work? Each penny donated into your grade's water jug adds one point, so bring lots of pennies! Here's the catch - for every coin or bill higher than a penny, you lose as many points as its worth. For example, a quarter would subtract 25 points! It starts TODAY! Look for the table outside the IMC!

Congratulations to all those who were cast in the Showcase! Remember to put your initials next to your name on the Cast List and see Mr. D if there was a note to do so. Additionally, at least one person from each act needs to attend the important meeting on Monday, May 13th in the Chorus Room for information about their mentor! See you then!

Reminder to Art Club students: Monday, May 13th is the last day for 6th grade Art Club. Tuesday, May 14th is the last day for 7th & 8th grade Art Club. Permission slips must be turned in before the last day events!

7th Grade string sectional makeups are periods 1, 2, 8 today.

There will be make-up band sectionals all next week.

Band and Strings students are reminded to take their instruments home over the weekend!

The OCAC trail ambassadors club is reminded to bring their swamp-worthy footwear on Monday to complete the secret mission.

There will be no student council next Wednesday. We will meet again the following week.

Woodworking Club meets today at 2:30 in Mr. Sherwood's room. May 21st is the last day of Woodworking Club.

Reminder to 6th & 7th graders interested in WCAN next year: Remember to return your application or see Ms. Rafferty in the IMC by the end of the day.
