Friday, October 11 Day 1

Today for lunch is Toasted Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup

There will be a Fundraising dance tonight from 6:30 until 8:30. Tickets will be sold at all lunches today. Cost is $5. There will be pizza and water to purchase during the dance. Come have a fun time with your friends and help support this years trip to Washington.

Attention all 8th graders - all gift sale orders and money are due to Mr. Paone in room 2404 by Tuesday, October 15. If you have any questions or need more order forms, please see Mr. Paone.

Flutes and Oboes have sectionals today. Remember to check in with your teacher before coming down.
Period 1 - Grade 6
Period 2 - Grade 7
Period 8 - Grade 8
Percussion have sectionals on Monday.
Band and Strings students must take their instruments home for the weekend.

Jazz Improv Workshop with Mrs. Hahs and George Robinson starts today! You do not have to be in jazz band to participate, but do need to know how to play an instrument. We meet in the Band Room from 2:30-3:15. Staff are welcome to join in, too!

The Book Patrol Team will visit Clusters E & F this morning during homeroom. Students should check due dates on library books and return any overdue items to the the book patrol team.

The Davis Public Library in Stoddard is starting a club just for middle-schoolers and Teens! It's called Teen Meetup and the next meeting is Friday, October 18th, at 6PM. The group will meet up and hang out at the library and get to give the librarians awesome ideas for programs. If you want to join, come next Friday at 6!

Attention all students who signed up for WCAN at club sign ups: New announcers and tech crew members will be added soon. Please stop by the IMC sometime today to pick up an application and recommendation form if you are still interested. See Ms. Rafferty if you have any questions.

The New Hampshire Cyber Robotics Coding Competition starts next week. This is an exciting opportunity for EVERYONE to learn about coding and robotics! No experience is necessary!! There will be an informational meeting after school next Tuesday in the PC lab, 2:30 - 3:15. Ms. Rafferty will help you sign up and get started. If you can’t make the meeting but want to participate, see Ms. Rafferty in the IMC.

The Cross country meet for Saturday in Surry, Bus leaves KMS at 8:30 am and will depart Surry to return to KMS at 1pm.
