General Music

General music meets three times in a six-day cycle for half a year.

6th Grade

• February and March: Guitar unit
• Throughout the semester: students will take turns sharing music with their classmates.
• Other units of study: composition, world drumming, musical theater

7th Grade

• February and March: Guitar unit
• Throughout the semester: students will take turns sharing music with their classmates.
• Other units of study: composition, world drumming, music history

8th Grade

• February and March: Guitar unit
