Attention KMS families! This year's production of Seussical Jr will be on Tuesday, November 14th, at 7 pm in the school auditorium. This event is free with a suggested donation of $5 at the door. Even if your middle schooler isn't part of the production, it will be fun for all!

Seussical Jr is the young performers' version of the Broadway hit, Seussical. Its plot follows Horton the Elephant as he tries to save the Whos while avoiding the ostracizing citizens of the Jungle of Nool. His unnoticed admirer, Gertrude McFuzz (with a one-feather tail) makes efforts to get attention from Horton but finds her feelings unrequited. When Horton gets taken by hunters because he helps keep Mayzie's egg warm, it's Gertrude to rescue! But will she save Horton? And how can Horton find the Whos when he's been sold at an auction? Will the Wickersham brothers ever stop monkeying around? Will Jojo, the Who, be able to control all his Thinks? And what makes the Sour Kangaroo so sour? Led by the Cat in the Hat and Things 1 & 2, the characters tell a story of hope, creativity, and standing up for what you believe in. Because after all, a person's a person, no matter how small.
